SANGHA HOTELS SAS operates the website www.sanghahotels.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”), which allows for the reservation of hotel rooms in the various hotels under the SANGHA HOTELS brand. Currently, SANGHA HOTELS operates only one establishment: SANGHA TOULOUSE, located at 8 Place de la Charte des Libertés Communales, 31300 TOULOUSE (hereinafter referred to as SANGHA TOULOUSE).

These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “the General Conditions”) are intended to govern the relationship between the client (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”) and SANGHA TOULOUSE. The reservation of a room at SANGHA TOULOUSE is restricted to individuals who are of legal age and legally competent. By reserving a room at SANGHA TOULOUSE, the Client expressly declares to meet these conditions. If the Client reserves on behalf of a legal entity, they must be expressly authorized to engage that entity.

RESERVATION PROCEDURE

1.1 Reservations can be made on the Site as follows, subject to room availability: The Client specifies the dates of their stay, chooses the type and number of rooms they wish to reserve, and selects from the available daily rates. The Client validates their choice after reviewing the complete description of the room(s), the rates, the services included, the payment conditions, and the Cancellation and Modification Policy. The Client is then asked to complete a form to finalize their reservation. The Client guarantees the accuracy of the information provided and can contact the hotel by email or phone if they wish to book more than 9 rooms for the same dates. In such cases, these General Conditions do not apply, and specific group booking terms will be communicated by the hotel before confirming the reservation. The Client must validate their reservation, including any selected options, at the displayed rates. The Client then proceeds to a page where they must enter their contact details and payment information. This page also includes payment conditions and the Cancellation and Modification Policy. The Client confirms their reservation request by validating the page after reading and accepting the General Conditions. After validation, the Client accesses a summary of their reservation. If the reservation request is accepted, the Client receives an email within 24 hours confirming the reservation and outlining the General Conditions.

1.2 Reservations can also be made by phone using the number indicated on the SANGHA TOULOUSE website. The Client provides the SANGHA TOULOUSE representative with the number and type of rooms they wish to reserve, specifies the dates, and selects from the available daily rates. The Client confirms their choice after receiving information from the representative about the room description, rates, services included, payment conditions, and the Cancellation and Modification Policy. The Client is then asked to provide their name, contact details, email address, and a credit card with a valid expiration date to guarantee and pay for the reservation. The credit card used for payment must be in the same name as the reservation. The Client must also indicate the number of occupants per room reserved. Following validation, the Client receives an email confirming their reservation and providing the General Conditions, Service Description, and the Cancellation and Modification Policy.

1.3 Reservations can also be made by email to SANGHA TOULOUSE. The Client specifies the number and type of rooms they wish to reserve and the dates in their email. Based on availability, SANGHA TOULOUSE sends an offer containing the daily rates, General Conditions, Service Description, payment conditions, and the Cancellation and Modification Policy. The Client validates their choice via email after reviewing the complete description of the rooms, rates, included services (such as Internet access and breakfast), and the attached General Conditions and Cancellation Policy. To finalize the reservation, the Client must contact the hotel by phone, provide their details, and a credit card with a valid expiration date to guarantee and pay for the reservation. The credit card must match the name on the reservation. Following validation, the Client receives an email confirming their reservation and providing the General Conditions, Service Description, and the Cancellation and Modification Policy.

1.4 Reservations can also be made in person at SANGHA TOULOUSE. The Client presents at the reception for a same-day room request without prior reservation. Based on availability, SANGHA TOULOUSE offers the daily rate based on the available room type. The Client confirms their choice after reviewing the room description, rates, and included services (such as Internet access and breakfast). To finalize the reservation, the Client provides their name, contact details, and a credit card with a valid expiration date. The Client must also present an ID to confirm the match between the credit card and the reservation name. Full payment is required in advance to confirm the reservation. The Client must also indicate the number of occupants per room reserved.

1.5 All reservations are nominative and cannot be transferred to a third party, whether free of charge, for a fee, or for commercial purposes. The hotel may refuse access to anyone not accompanied by the person named on the reservation. In case of a change in the reservation holder, the hotel must be contacted at least two days in advance, and the modification will only be effective after confirmation by the hotel.

STAY AT THE HOTEL

2.1 The Client agrees to use the assigned room and all hotel facilities reasonably, respecting the applicable regulations, public decency, and public order.

2.2 The Client is responsible for any damage caused during their stay, as well as any missing hotel property. If any damage or missing items are discovered, SANGHA TOULOUSE reserves the right to charge the corresponding amount within 48 hours of the Client’s departure. Smoking in the common areas and/or rooms is prohibited and constitutes damage. SANGHA TOULOUSE reserves the right to charge for any damages in such cases.

2.3 In the event of behavior contrary to public decency or order, SANGHA TOULOUSE may require the Client to leave immediately without any refund or compensation.

2.4 If one or more minors occupy reserved rooms, at least one adult must be present in each room.

2.5 The Client is responsible for their personal belongings in common hotel areas. SANGHA TOULOUSE is not liable for theft due to the Client’s negligence.

2.6 The Client must deposit items worth more than €1,500 in the hotel’s central safe. Failure to do so will be considered gross negligence, and the hotel will not be responsible for the loss or damage of such items.

RATES – PAYMENT

3.1 The Client is informed of the rates for services on the Site before concluding the Contract. Rates are expressed in euros, including VAT but excluding the tourist tax. The rate indicated in the booking confirmation includes VAT but excludes the tourist tax, which is subject to change.

3.2 Rates are per room per night, up to the room’s maximum capacity (excluding children under 24 months, with the option of adding a crib for free if the room type allows).

3.3 Various rates may be available depending on the dates. Rate types and application conditions are detailed on the Site.

3.4 Depending on the selected rate, the price may be paid as follows: non-refundable bookings require a deposit equivalent to the reserved services’ cost. In other cases, the total stay amount is collected upon arrival at the hotel.

3.5 Payments for services, extras, or damages will be charged against the deposit if applicable, with the remainder debited from the provided card details.

3.6 Rates may change at any time without affecting the Client’s confirmed booking rate unless taxes change. 3.7 Accepted payment methods include cash (except €500 notes), bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX.

MODIFICATIONS – CANCELLATIONS

4.1 The Client is informed that they do not have a right of withdrawal as per consumer law.

4.2 Cancellation and modification terms are detailed in the selected rate’s policy.

4.3 Non-refundable bookings cannot be canceled or modified but may be rescheduled for a fee if notified at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

4.4 For flexible bookings, modifications can be made up to 6 PM on the arrival day, subject to availability.

4.5 For flexible bookings with cancellation options, no charge applies for cancellations made before 6 PM on the arrival day. Cancellations after this time will incur charges equivalent to the first night’s stay.

4.6 No-shows are charged the first night, with subsequent nights canceled unless otherwise stated.

LIABILITY – COMPLAINTS

5.1 The Client is solely responsible for their choice of services and their suitability.

5.2 SANGHA TOULOUSE does not guarantee that rooms will match the photos on the Site due to possible variations within the same room type.

FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party will be held liable for non-performance due to force majeure as defined by law.

PERSONAL DATA AND COOKIES

7.1 Client data is kept for the duration necessary to fulfill the service and legal obligations.

7.2 Data may be shared with third parties within the EU for service provision purposes.

7.3 SANGHA TOULOUSE may use Client data for marketing unless expressly opposed by the Client.

MISCELLANEOUS

8.1 Emails and SMS exchanged during contract execution are considered proof. 8.2 The General Conditions may be modified at any time, with new terms applying to new bookings.

APPLICABLE LAW – DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The Contract is governed by French law. The Client is informed of the possibility of mediation or alternative dispute resolution in case of a dispute.
